ICG Company Policies

Manufacturing Standards – Components manufactured by ICG are high quality and comply to strict manufacturing standards set by industry guidelines. Dimensions and tolerances are traceable to catalog specifications. All special orders must include an engineered drawing with applicable tolerances noted.

Packaging – ICG makes every effort to make sure your company receives our products in excellent condition. Each box is packaged carefully with high quality cushioning material. In addition, all item counts are documented via still photo or video taped registry so any item count discrepancy is traceable. Each package also contains a manually generated ticket noting final item count shipped.

Short or Damaged Goods – Immediately contact UPS or the appropriate carrier and place a claim. Any package or pallet that has been tampered with i.e. broken tape, cut bands, missing shrink-wrap, etc is subject to review. Keep all packaging material and damaged goods for inspection by the freight carrier.

Minimum Order Value  is $50.00

Returned Merchandise – Product cannot be returned without obtaining and RMA # (return materials authorization)from an ICG customer service representative. In addition, the following criteria will be reviewed to determine the amount to be credited:

  • Goods must be in original condition and packaged properly
  • 90 days from invoice date for all returns
  • Shipping charges must be pre-paid
  • Only standard catalog items can be returned
  • Specially machined parts can not be returned unless there is an error in the machining process by ICG. This includes, but is not limited to, special bores, broaches, key-ways, set-screws or any altered product
  • Credit will be issued at invoice less 20% re-stocking fee if the above criteria is met
